North Coast Opportunities

North Coast Opportunities (NCO) works diligently to invest in people through community action.

NCO in Lake County provides a large number of resources for the communities.

Rural Communities Child Care (RCCC)

At RCCC we have programs that help both parents and child care providers. We help parents find, and if eligible, pay for childcare. We offer training and technical assistance to parents to help them choose quality child care that fits their individual needs.

For child care providers we offer the Child Care Initiative Project (CCIP), CCIP is designed to recruit, train, and retain family child care providers. We provide assistance with setting up a family child care business and becoming licensed, and we offer one-on-one consultations, pre-licensing home visits, and on-going technical assistance to aspiring child care providers.
